Welcome to the website of the European Coalition for Community Living (ECCL), a new Europe-wide initiative working towards the social inclusion of people with disabilities by promoting the provision of comprehensive, quality community-based services as an alternative to institutionalisation.
The European Coalition of Community Living is a cross-disability initiative and our membership is open to all organisations and individuals concerned with community-living and de-institutionalisation.
On the following pages, you will find more information about activities of ECCL and our member organisations, announcements about upcoming events, recents developments in de-institutionalisation and the provision of community-based services and other useful information.
